Ingredients:
2 Bananas, chopped, frozen
1 Cup mixed fruit, frozen
1.5 Cups blueberries, frozen
1 scoop (36g) Vega Essentials shake
1.5 Cups Oikos High Protein Yogurt, vanilla
2 Cups water
Makes 4 smoothies, 9g of protein in each
Directions:
In blender, combine yogurt, frozen berries, and 1 cup of water. Blend well.
Add in bananas. Blend well.
Add in protein powder and remaining water. Blend well.
