1 cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup honey
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
Add oats, flaxseed, and chia and stir until combined.
Add chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chill them for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy!
These peanut butter energy balls last for 1 week in the refrigerator and up to 2 months in the freezer.
